Research is what fuels my curiosity and creativity. I craft mixed methods inquiry strategies to find real pain points and design foundations.
IDEO's Crazy 8's method is my bread and butter. Brainstorming means messy, adventurous, and bold.
It's time to hone in on what resonates with research, constraints, and capabilities. I filter ideas through data driven insights and expert feedback. I build multiple versions and test rapidly but thoroughly, synthesizing and defining actionable next steps.
High-Fi-ify what works and adjust what doesn't. I honor and apply user feedback, then document how it improves their experiences.
